Attendance Fee

 Payment Method

  • Payment is collected in advance of the conference in US dollars.
  • Payment may be made with the following Credit Cards: American Express, VISA or MasterCard
    (If paying by credit card is a problem, please let us know.)
  • The credit card slip and an invoice will be mailed to you to confirm payment and provide you with a receipt. Therefore, it is important we have your full mailing address with your registration.
  • Note for participants from European Community countries

    If you are from a European Community country, please provide your organization’s VAT number (Value Added Tax). Otherwise we must charge VAT at the rate of 17.5% on the attendance fee.

     Cancellation Policy

     Accommodation

    A limited number of hotel rooms at the conference venue (Hotel Wyndham Montreal) are available at special Open Group rates, which include a buffet breakfast.

    21 June 1999 is the cut-off date for room reservations at the special conference rate. After 21 June, rooms may be reserved directly with Hotel Wyndham Montreal, based upon availability and at prevailing rates.

    Please note: All guest room reservations must be guaranteed by major credit card.
